In a facebook post on November 20, Al Fadi asks the question; Does the phrase " Allahu Akbar" exists in the Quran? Muslims are convinced that it is, but Al Fadi says that the phrase does not describe Allah, and the Quran never called Allah great. He emphasises the writing in the margins of the original manuscripts by the 1924 Cairo edition editor. He mentions that the Samarqand MSS only contains chapters 2:7-43:10 of the Quran only while the 1924 edition contains 114 chapters. Is the Quran really preserved? A Nov. 6th facebook post by Al Fadi discusses this question. The Samarqand MSS is among the earliest manuscripts dating to the 8th century. Yet the word Allah in Q 2:283 is not found in this MSS. He compares Q 2:283 in the: 1. Samarqand MSS. 2. The Cairo 1924 Quran 3. The English translation of the Quran.
