Each episode is inspired by an artwork from the Museum’s collection, led by a prominent meditation teacher, and framed around a monthly theme. The sessions are for beginners and skilled meditators alike and include an opening talk and a 20-minute guided meditation. Join us as we learn to quiet the mind, open the heart, and engage with the world more consciously.
