SoS 129 - COVID nightmares and sleep architecture with Dr. David Samson
Dr. David Samson, assistant professor of anthropology at the University of Toronto's, work focuses on the link between sleep and human evolution. In this episode he talks about how our vices affect sleep patterns and how those in turn affect our health. He also chats with Chris and Cara about his two most recent publications on how to measure sleep and what modern sleep patterns mean in an evolutionary context.
