He’s had his own video parts, created production companies, pioneered webisodes and is a creative and artist in every sense of the word. When you think of snowboarding you think of Halldor Helgason. You can’t have one without the other. With Icelandic roots Halldor has paved his way through the industry and cemented himself as a cornerstone of the sport. Which is ironic because his snowboarding is about as far away from “sport-like” as it can get. He hit a massive roof gap while wearing a neck brace, invented the “jerk-flip,” and continues to have fun and spread joy on his snowboard all season long.
