October 1950 saw numerous reports of UFOs in protected airspace over the Oak Ridge atomic research & production facility, Tennessee. Security guards saw strange objects, radar stations picked up unusual contacts & interceptor aircraft were scrambled. In September of 1973, two Army MPs spotted and were chased across Hunter Army Airfield by a saucer-shaped object with bright lights underneath it.
