Mostly Nitpicking

It's not TV. It's Reckless Speculation! This week we sit down with fellow podcaster Nick Berrios to talk about the best network in all of creation, the Home Box Office or HomeBO for short or HBO for shortest. DJ thinks HBO will be forced to put Game of Thrones on hold until the new books are written because no one has ever stretched one 300 page novel into three two hour long movies with all kinds of new dwarf/elf love triangles and forty five minutes of f*@king Radagast! Nando thinks Westworld will grow faster than the mega hit Game of Thrones thanks to a production team that includes J J Abrams, a man known for quality television that comes to a satisfying conclusion. Nick thinks that True Detective Season 2 will start strong and fizzle once audiences realize that the second guy is Collin Farrell.

Big week guys! Big week! We are one week into our Craziest Captain bracket. The amount of votes we are getting is kinda insane. We bring back frequent quest and fellow podcaster Nick Berrios to go through the results of the first round. Nick even knows who some of the guys are! Not all but some. We have a bunch of crazy upsets and the next round of match ups is even crazier. We also go through some Oscar predictions in the beginning because we lack self control. It is clear that 2015 is going to be the biggest single year for movies since possibly 1994. We have assembled Nando and DJ, along with faithful guest Chris Diggins, to speculate about some of the possible successes and failures that we can look forward to this year. Obviously mega hits like Avengers and Star Wars will be great but what about some of the smaller films? Will Mad Max have a strong enough start to reboot the franchise? Will Pitch Perfect 2 sour Anna Kendrick's popularity? What on earth will happen with Fox's Fantastic Four reboot? All of these questions and more will be answered on this week's Reckless Speculation.

This week DJ and graphic designer Michelle Coraci sit down to talk with one of the Captains from our Craziest Captain bracket. Digger Harkness a.k.a. Captain Boomerang stops by to give us some insight into his boomerang themed process. He gives us a behind the scenes look at the recent drama concerning the Suicide Squad movie. Are all of the space captains intent on killing their crew members? Are all of the superhero captains incredibly insecure? All of those questions and more will get answered this week.

Oh Captain! My Captain! Our fearful trip is done. The Greatest Conspiracy Theory bracket is over and we are staring our new bracket this week. We bring on actor/comedian Chris Diggins to talk about who we think are the Craziest Captains. We have Captains from the four major Captain divisions; Space, Superhero, Sea, and Other. This is it! This week we finally finish the Greatest Conspiracy Theory bracket once and for all. Will is be 9/11 Truth? Will it be the Moon Landing? It will be the Moon Landing. They win.
