March 27th, 2022, marked the unsettling disappearance of Meghan Marohn, a woman from New York who was staying at a small hotel in Stockbridge, Massachusetts. Intent on a quick day hike in the area, Marohn's plans took a mysterious turn. After a brief interaction with a hotel employee that morning, she inexplicably vanished. Signing the trail log with her name and the phrase 'To the lake and back,' Fern commenced her trek.
