 In this episode, Parm talks to Mark Mañago about his recent publication in PTJ about the changing landscape of community exercise classes. Parm and Mark review the results of the study’s survey that asked exercise class participants with PD and exercise group leaders to identify facilitators and barriers to virtual and in-person class. They also discuss observed changes in activity level in the people surveyed. Parm and Mark brainstorm some real-world solutions to the barriers identified to help listeners start problem solving for their own classes and patients.
