The Worst of All Possible Worlds
Josh Boerman, A.J. Ditty, and Brian Alford
The first and only podcast bringing you weekly case studies in the pop culture of a dying empire. Every Wednesday, co-hosts Josh, Brian, and A.J. dissect an artifact of popular culture, breaking down how its narrative choices reflect or subvert the reactionary political project. From video games to movies to theater to an apparently infinite supply of evangelical Christian radio drama, we expose the machinations of the worst of all possible worlds in order to figure out how to build a better one.
Also, we have bits.

57 - The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe
THIS IS A PREVIEW. FOR THE FULL EPISODE GO TO patreon.com/worstofall.
Stanley read the episode notes for the podcast called “The Worst of All Possible Worlds #57: The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe.” He marveled at their ability to convey both the tone of the episode and the appropriate words necessary to take advantage of the SEO. Words like “Whizbang!“, “Gadzooks!“, and “The Truth About Vaccines!” None of these things were in the episode proper, of course, but Stanley could feel their power extending out to the furthest reaches of the world wide web. He gave thanks that these words would feed the Great Beast Algorith’m, whom Stanley knew all should fear and give praise. In fact, just thinking about the Great Beast Algorith’m made Stanley convulse with fright and involuntarily scream, but this terror was immediately satiated as Stanley grabbed hold of his Reassurance Bucket. “MMMM,” Stanley thought, “That’s GOOOOOOOOOOD Bucket.”

Hey folks! Here's that live show. As you may remember, last year we talked to Crazy Levi Nayman about the history of pinball and a very strange company that rose and fell over the last few years. That episode can be found here: https://www.patreon.com/posts/emergency-pod-56023528
This year, we've followed up with Pinside poster Blueberry Johnson to talk about the ruins and remains of what was once Deeproot Pinball, and handed out some Deeproot T-shirts we got at a liquidation auction.
