His advice for entrepreneurs is to step up to the plate, more at-bats will improve your odds to succeed. 

This week's episode is a conversation with Mike Hayes. He has started multiple companies and talked about the importance of not valuing the best deal over picking the right partners when starting a business. Mike had a successful career but made the decision to jump out and start his own business. Like most entrepreneurs he had people around him that doubted his ability to succeed, He talked about using that as fuel to drive him to work harder and make sure to prove them wrong.
