They told him it would come back. It hasn't! Vinnie credits this largely to his avoiding sugar, which feeds cancer. NSNG® VS. KETO When Vinnie was a trainer, his clients weren't keto. They cut out sugar, grains, starches, and seed oils. It wasn't enough to call it dietary ketosis. However, they were metabolically flexible. You can just do strict NSNG® and not keto and still lose lots of weight. Vinnie does think some people would benefit more from being in strict keto.
