I have been growing and working with protea for
over 40 years. I've study proteas in their native habitats of South Africa and
Australia. I've had the pleasure of consulting and or building farms in 9
countries, while helping to plant over 1000 acres worldwide.
I have served on the Boards of Directors for
both the International Protea Association and the California Protea Association
of which I am currently President.
My mission statement is I want to share what I
have learned, and still learning, how to successfully grow these unique
majestic plants from the soil to the arrangement!
