So we have a pandemic going on right now in 2020. Did you all know that? Ofcourse you did! But this could be a fun fact for a person listening to this podcast two generations from now. Isn't it strange that we are going through a moment in time that will be mentioned in the history books?

On this episode, Ashdin talks about how, in this world of extreme connection, we need to learn emotional distancing as well in order to not be overwhelmed by others' emotions, and give ourselves that emotional space so that we can protect ourselves and yet be there for others who might need our support.
