this is another episode of the Self Development With Tactics / SDWT podcast featuring the Ideas.ted.com website and the article " how to beat loneliness". so as the title already says this one is going to be about how to not feel lonely and beating loneliness because this is truly something that we have to talk about and emphasize. episodic close friend of psychologist Guy Winch and he points out why loneliness is so dangerous ( because it can also harm you physically). it really is extremely dangerous so we got to have to take action! that's why he points out ways to beat your loneliness that might seem a little bit obvious but he is giving you a plan or is giving us a plan to get back on track and feel amazing. even though I think you just have to think about it in a different way and maybe only see the positive things rather than the negative ones....I believe this can do a lot
