Susan is accountable for the teams building the Storefronts, Contact Center Automation, Chatbots /AI, Back End APIs, and the Platform Teams. Susan has been with Manulife for nearly four years and has over 20 years of industry experience. Before Manulife, Susan worked in various Software Provider Companies. Susan holds an undergraduate Computer Science Degree as well as a Finance MBA.
