This episode is a story about a community that is part fiction, part vision and part emerging reality.

It's about a tranquil town called New Beyond, whose residents all share a common vision and intention: that is to discover, develop and express their daimon, or what the Romans called genius.

It's a story about what's possible when human beings come together in community to elevate themselves and each other to their level of genius and mastery.

And in truth, it's a story about a membership community I've already created called Leveling Up in The New Beyond.

It's also an invitation to you, dear listener, to join us and become a member of this vibrant community.

In April, I launched a membership community, called Level Up in the New Beyond.

We have our first generation of members, The Founders, on board and we are on an exciting journey together as community.

We are going BEYOND the traditional transformational and leadership work, into the realm of mastery and genius. We are just getting started and it's not too late to join.

In September, the doors will open for the final time this year for new members to join the community.
