LSU SHOCKED at The Box 😳 Tigers Blow Chances, McNeese Snaps 16-Game Win Streak

LSU suffered its first loss of the season Tuesday night at Alex Box Stadium, falling 7-6 to McNeese in a frustrating game filled with free passes, defensive miscues and missed offensive opportunities.

The Tigers issued eight free bases in the first four innings — including five hit batters — helping McNeese build an early lead LSU ultimately couldn’t overcome. Despite home runs from Zach Yorke and John Pearson and a dominant relief appearance from Deven Sheerin, LSU struggled to capitalize in key moments, going just 2-for-10 with runners in scoring position and leaving the tying run stranded in the ninth inning.
