David Schwartz says that Ripple is Centralized, XRP and XRPL are Decentralized. This statement contrary to the SEC which claims that Ripple has been trading an unregistered security. The 1000 pound elephant in the room than wonders if the SEC is actually targeting retail investors and attempting to limit wealth opportunities of individual investors.

Major financial institutions like JP Morgan, American Express, Visa and Master Card are all vying for positions in the future of Digital Assets.
