The single biggest issue facing service based companies around the world is fear; the anxiety that consumers have of returning to shops, physiotherapists, dentists etc is that they won't be clean enough to keep them safe.
And in the UK alone there are 70 thousand physiotherapists; so we need to find ways to get customers, clients and patients back.
I propose a hygiene regime which is shared publicly, and share in this podcast how this can be done honestly and with practical advice.
One technology platform which can be used and which I talk about is Trustpilot, a free to use service people's choice for reviews.
With over 300,000 businesses reviewed and 1.1 trillion ratings and reviews displayed in Google annually, companies use Trustpilot to establish credibility and improve their reputation.
