Naturally, bees are always busy - full of purpose and focus. We, live in a world which is obsessed with being busy, which thinks that being busy is cool, without realizing how toxic it is. When we live a busy life, we aren't living at all. In this episode of #TheHabitCoach, Ashdin shares that we need to delete the words "I am busy." and replace it "I have time." and just being saying that, it will free you from the bondage of being busy.
