Keith is President of Brubacher Excavating, a large site work and civil contractor based in Eastern Pennsylvania. Taking charge of the company in his early 30s, he’s learned many fun and not-so-fun lessons along the way and is now considering what the third generation of leadership looks like within the long-standing company.
