It's not a coincidence that the word "worth" has to do with how you feel about yourself and money. The best way I know of to overcome money issues is to increase your self-worth. To understand that you are worth more than the nonsense of being stuck in money issues. Sure, you can change your mindsets about money and improve your spending habits. Both are good ideas. But above all, you need know that you and what you are here to accomplish are worth way more than the struggle of dealing with money issues.
