Dr Jack Kruse joins me in an epic three-hour interview to weave the story of human evolution fundamentally tied to light. Dr Jack Kruse is a neurosurgeon, biophysicist, health optimisation researcher and founding father of the circadian health / mitochondrial medicine movement.
