Adam Barley is the founder of ZeroOne, an evolving mystery school based on embodiment, presence and enquiry.
He began studying healing and meditation in the early '80s, training with Gabrielle Roth in the '90s to teach the 5Rhythms.
Adam has built a world-wide reputation for transformative embodiment experiences that combine influences from dance, voice-work, tantra, meditation and trauma-informed therapies.
He has got people moving more freely and breathing more deeply in businesses, schools, prisons, Balinese dojos and windswept mountain tops, as well as open studios for the public in over 25 countries, creating inspirational transformative experiences for individuals and groups.
I’ve know Adam for some time, both on and off the dance floor. He has a particular passion and commitment to his chosen path that’s inspiring.
There’s nothing airy fairy about his movement work - it’s robust, challenging, liberating, empowering - and exciting!
For many leaders today - we could well do with a hearty reminder that we have a body, it wants to move, and we are healthier, happier and more effective when we listen to it.
