We're getting into the depths of what being in a romantic relationship actually looks like as you're going through a deep loss and profound grief. This is something John and I went through together, we even broke up and rekindled the relationship because of my losses, and there were a WHOLE bunch of highs and lows along the way.  In this episode, we talk about how to navigate this, how to support each other, the importance of communication and patience, and how to come out of it all as unscathed as possible. And, more importantly, how this can look when one person in the relationship is losing the most important people in their life (hi, that's me when my parents died) while the partner perhaps is grieving the loss, too, but can't possibly relate to what you're feeling and experiencing. We dig into all of that and so much more, you will not want to miss this one!
