• Find phrases that feel empower you and use them to take you to the next level.
• Quickly change your state by shouting incantations.

• Write out your negative beliefs that may be limiting you and replace them with the opposite positive beliefs.
• If you catch yourself saying something negative, limiting, or disempowering, immediately create a positive incantation and use it.
