Sobriety is living 'normal' in HD, clean of substances, the way our bodies were meant to organically function. Yet society is so prevalent with Alcohol Use Disorder. 12.7 % of American are affected. Take note of very wise words from Rags' son Luke (Luke leading the way 9 years sober !!) who expressed his thoughts on the subject.
