In recent months a few interesting events happened to me that brought to light that my ability to communicate, which is something I've long prided myself on, has slipped and is in need skill development. I have a U8 Group here in Southwest Florida that I'm working with that is the best possible re-learning ground for me. So in this episode, I detail how I have come to realize that I need to reinvest in my own development.
