#42 - Matty Palmer - Becoming Better People & Community Power

Matty Palmer is the founder of Mindpak, a gym owner, an ambassador and a leader of a run club.

On this episode, Matty shares his story of the creation of Mindpak and the impact it is having on the community, but more importantly the message it is spreading. He tells us about the true reason behind it, how it came to be and the style in which it is run which is why it is so powerful. 

Matty shares some insight into his ambassadorship with lululemon and why he got involved as well as being a leader with the 440 running club. 

With all that Matty does, it is obvious how important community can truly be and he shares some great testimonies into what it can do for your mental health as well as building a better social circle. 

Matty shares some awesome tips into becoming better people and some steps we can all take each day to continually improve. He gives some great advice with a wealth of life experience and we can't thank him enough for taking some time out of his very busy schedule.
