In this episode I'm chatting with Michelle Hoover, NTP and creator of unboundwellness.com, about her journey with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder. Michelle shares more about what it was like getting diagnosed with OCD, what it was like growing up with the disorder, and how she found out that what she was experiencing was OCD.
