#74 Mental Health Labels: Are They Helpful? Are They Correct? Are There Alternatives to Consider When You are Experiencing Symptoms Normally Identified as a Mental Health Condition?

This week on Vitality Radio Podcast Jared rants about the limitations mental health labels can create on individuals that are diagnosed with a mental health condition. He also questions if it is really a mental health condition or rather deficiencies within the body that create symptoms that cause depression, anxiety and even mania. Jared shares a personal story on the effects of a mental health condition label on a friend and how adding supplementation brought them relief that their medication was never able to do.

Jared also offers parents questions to consider if they are beginning to worry if their children are starting to show signs of a mental health condition.
