CLINCHED: New England Patriots Secure Playoff Birth & Chicago Bears SHOCK Packers for NFC North

The New England Patriots are officially BACK as they clinch a playoff spot with a win over the Baltimore Ravens. For the Ravens, this puts them on their last leg and with Lamar Jackson's status up in the air, it could be the end for their chances. The Pittsburgh Steelers kept their momentum going with a big win in Detroit over the Lions. The run game continued to flex for the Steelers, but the run defense was even more impressive in this one. The loss for the Lions puts them on the brink of playoff extinction, a place no one in Detroit thought they would be, but it also confirmed a spot for the Chicago Bears after their insane last-second win over the Green Bay Packers. Now, the Packers fate is tied to the Lions hopes. In Denver, the Broncos could not hang with the high-powered Jacksonville Jaguars. Jacksonville is peaking at the right time and Trevor Lawrence might have put himself in the MVP conversation. Finally, the Carolina Panthers took control of the NFC South as Bryce Young showed he was more clutch than Baker Mayfield, who could not salvage the day for his Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
