Toni Lodge is a comedian, podcaster and author originally from Perth, WA. Originally working in commercial radio, Toni has leapt to the world of podcasting where she’s found enormous success with her show Toni & Ryan.

In her book I Don’t Need Therapy (and Other Lies I Tell Myself) Toni presents a hilarious book of essays all based on lies.

Because we all lie to ourselves to make the choices we’re not thrilled about feel more OK.

But after this chat, I know I felt a little different about some of those lies - I hope you do to.
