Having had the pleasure(?) of taking part in the Barkley Marathons it would be remiss of us not to spend some time on that. We also take the oppo to get tore into Kaz's experience at the lesser known but equally as sadistic Vol State 500k Road Race, another from the mind of Lazarus Lake.

With another huge race and endeavour coming into sharp focus for Kaz she leads us through her prep, it's a tricky one when you call home the mountains!
