After suffering from burnout, Andrea took the time to rediscover herself as a nurse before coming back to the patients. She transitioned from labor and delivery to hospice and became interested in forest therapy and farming. She explains how forest therapy connects people with nature and their health gets better. She discusses food and why it’s important to consider it, as a social determinant of health, where patients get their food, and what their options are.
