The defined (colored in) centers on your human design chart are your natural strengths—consistent, instinctual characteristics that come naturally to you. It's easy to be hard on ourselves, wondering why we don't have strengths that others have, while ignoring those that we do have.

In today's episode, I'm talking through each of the nine defined centers and how to use these strengths to your advantage.
