This episode of his self development with tactics / SDWT podcast featuring the jamesclear.com website and it's "Healthy Eating: the Beginner's Guide on How to Eat Healthy and Stick to It".  Today we talked about what you SHOULD eat which is actually quite a great question I would say because there's so much voices in the space saying different things.  the second point is all about true simple ways to eat healthy and the last one is about not feeling guilty when you're eating somewhere is not healthy .
