In this episode, Jared rants about the propaganda around cancer screenings and donating to cancer advocacy organizations. Jared recommends that the focus of funds should go to cancer prevention and not for a cure. The reality is, there are a lot of ways people can integrate into their daily lives to prevent from the development of cancer.

Jared also rants about the propaganda surrounding the flu vaccine.  A recent study suggests, that women who received the flu vaccine while early in their pregnancy, were 5 times more likely to have a miscarriage. Is the vaccine even safe? Why are they pushing everyone to get the vaccine?

Jared discusses misconceptions around multi-vitamins! Where are our vitamins supposed to come from? Food! So what is the best way to get a vitamin? Eating or a vitamin that is still food, a whole food vitamin. Jared offers so much helpful information on what vitamins you should integrate into your daily supplementation.
