Stress is more common than a head cold, and it's important we learn to harness it's power and embrace what it's trying to teach us. With that, we can learn to fuel our future motions to improve our lives. Acute stress can temporarily improve your immune system. Let it. Don't stress ABOUT stress. Shift your interpretation of it. Let it communicate and adjust from there.
