People toss around the idea of integrity in business but I wonder if most really understand what it is. Perhaps more importantly, what the true downside is of being out of integrity. Integrity to me is more than a moral compass. It's the integration of your values and your behavior in business. It's knowing that what people don't see behind the scenes is more important that what they do see.
