Alex was diagnosed with Autoimmune Graves Disease at 22 years old, she couldn’t believe that she was so young and this was what she had to look forward to in her life and thought “no, there has to be more for me.” She has been searching for ways to heal holistically and stumbled upon the Think Yourself Healthy podcast, and it has absolutely changed her life! She wants to share her healing journey so far and her wish is that it can give hope to others who are on a similar journey!
