Steve Holmes’ company (Springfree Trampolines) makes the world’s safest trampolines and the evolution of their brand and business is a story of creativity, design, engineering, collaboration, innovation, passion, perseverance, courage and significant financial risk. Over the last two decades, Steve and his business partner (Dr. Keith Alexander), have built an amazing organisation, team, culture and reputation as being world leaders at what they do. About half way through this chat, the conversation switched from trampolines and business, to dealing with rejection, overcoming setbacks, love languages, leadership, tapping into potential, communication and being a Preacher’s kid.
