As you know, we have moved a few times. With a big family, storing food is something I take seriously as the CEO of the family. Well, we purchased our first refrigerator after my husband had completed his extensive training and fellowship.
When we lived up north, do you know that we went through three brand new refrigerators with all the bells and whistles. The only thing they didn't have was the internet connection on the front of the doors. But our first refrigerator, it was humming along. And to this day, we still have that fridge.
You were created with everything you need. Your body is extraordinary. If you take care of it, it will take care of you.
However, we make excuses that we don't have time. If I counted how many times I was told that, I would be a billionaire. No joke!
So it's time to get serious about how you are caring for yourself. Now, some people would say that self-care is overrated and selfish.
That is completely the opposite. You must take care of yourself in order to care for those you love.

At some point, you must come to the hard reality that you matter! But you can only matter as much as you care for yourself.
So let the journey begin!
The K.I.S.S. ~ Let the journey begin!It is time that you get serious about how you take care of you. But there is a F.E.E. that you will have to pay.
- Fuel your body with excellent nutrition.
- What you feed on, you will continue to crave.
- What do you want to look like?
- Enrich your body with vitamins and nutrients that God made.
- Energize with intentional movement.
- The more you sit, the more you stay. (It all goes to the dogs.)
- You have got to move!!
- This isn't about fitness and exercise. It's about moving your body like it was created to move.
- Engage in purposeful rest.
- Your body resets every day.
- You have to give your body the opportunity to reset. And that takes 7-9 hours on average.
There is a cost to keeping your body healthy.
"Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is within you, whom you have [received as a gift] from God, and that you are not your own [property]? 20 You were bought with a price [you were actually purchased with the precious blood of Jesus and made His own].
