The banner for social justice on many different issues continues to wave in our society. But how do believers stand up for truth without compromising their faith? On In The Market with Janet Parshall this week we gained insight into how to navigate these challenges from a woman who walked through this journey herself. She used her experience to teach us the difference between social justice and biblical justice, what modernism is and she stressed how important a grounded biblical worldview is to navigating the challenges of standing up for truth in the modern world. Once again we helped you update your prayer list for the greatest group of influencers in all our lives, the entertainment industry by sharing some exciting news including two Hollywood heavy hitters who have joined forces to create their own studio that will make films that honor those who serve and sacrifice in the military for our national safety and the latest on the WONDER projects. Then we turned to the onslaught of cold and snow that most of the country has or is continuing to endure and whether or not as some are claiming it is the result of manmade climate change. Our expert not only dispelled that idea but he also told us about how the sales of EV cars has significantly dropped and what le the U.S. to pull out of several climate change agreements with the United Nations. A husband-and-wife team who have many trials of suffering in their life and marriage joined us for a powerful conversation to help us understand the value in our times of suffering, how times of suffering help God’s people to better understand His nature and how to walk through challenging times in a way that honors Him most. We turned our attention to the invisible realm to learn more about spiritual warfare. Our guest used Paul’s framework to help us better understand the natural and supernatural parts of God’s creation. It is time to focus on discernment as we use God’s word as the bright light of truth and measure more of the confusing and misleading news of this week against it.
