This week we’re recapping a packed weekend full of purpose and positive energy. We kicked things off talking about pre-dawn training with Lincoln High’s football team, putting the guys through a brutal full-body workout and some real talk on nutrition, consistency, and staying natural. It was a blast pouring into the next generation and seeing how much it meant to them.

Right after that, we were off to Joe Wilson’s Natural Bodybuilding Competition. From teens showing serious potential to a friendly but fierce pump-off competition, it was inspiring across the board. Greg's prep is hitting the final stretch, and this event lit a fire under both of us. We break down the vibe difference between natural and non-tested shows, and why that camaraderie hits different.

We also get into my latest FGF21 experiment—crazy high fat, super low protein, 4,000-calorie days—and how my body’s responding (spoiler: energy spillover is real). We talk strategy for Greg’s final push under 200 lbs, why sleep is the hardest part of prep, and how parenting toddlers in the middle of the night is basically cardio.
