In today's fast-paced world, especially during the holiday season, it's easy to find ourselves buried in to-do lists, deadlines, and the weight of expectations - and I'm on a personal mission to help as many of us as possible create awareness and action plans around these sources of overwhelm, so we can continue claiming agency in our lives and actually enjoy these final weeks of 2023.

And that why over the next four weeks we're embarking on a journey together where we'll explore the common causes of overwhelm, their symptoms, and most importantly how to manage it in both a proactive and reactive way!
