Dr. Katie Wood is a Doctor of Pharmacy and Holistic Fertility Practitioner who has naturally resolved her own fertility issues along with countless couples who were otherwise told getting pregnant "could never happen."

Caitlin, Sophia and Dr. Katie chat all about over the counter medications you might want to avoid while in the two week wait, when it is okay to take certain medications and why advocating for yourself is so important.

Dr. Katie graduated from the Albany College of Pharmacy in 2013, which was a dream that she had since 11th grade. After having her daughter, she knew she wanted to be a positive role model by showing how important it is to do what makes you feel happy and fulfilled.

In August 2021, she earned her certification as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and started Pharm to Wellness. Even after having many client success stories, she felt drawn to go deeper on an energetic and root cause level. In 2024 she became a certified Embodied Womb Practitioner to help women heal unresolved traumas so they can restore their fertile life energy and become more attuned with their intuition.
