057: Groundwater Governance with Bill Blomquist

In this episode, Courtney speaks with Bill Blomquist, a Professor of Political Science at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI) and a fellow at the Ostrom Workshop. We explore Bill's ground-breaking and decade-spanning research into California groundwater governance.
