#381 How To Get MOTIVATED And Get Going

So how to get motivated...and stay motivated and start doing s*hit....well in the end it's really about starting and creating or building some habits of doing what you are willing to do. The thing with motivation is that it's not there sometimes...I guess a lot know that. Threrefore I always say that when there is no motivation, discipline or the habit or grid should kick in and I guess that's often the case actually. James Clear talks about having routines and what routines pretty famous people had or are heaving. It reminded me on JK Rowling somehow, who was often writing in public spaces because she like the atmosphere. At least as far as I know.
