Adam Clark on his and his family's health transformation!

In this episode, I speak with Adam Clark on his and his family's health transformation. Adam is one of 7 brothers, five of which are keto. He was introduced to keto by his father and his older brother and has since made it his lifestyle. We go over some of the mistakes he's made with the diet and many of the lessons learned. We talk about his fasting strategy and the importance of avoiding sweeteners and caffeine in excess. Adam trains solely with resistance bands so we dove into his technique there. Adam tells how he is raising his family keto and his plans for his daughter's health. We also dove into his family's new business....homemade pork rinds!
